HJC News - Va'eira

Kiddush this Shabbos is sponsored by Rabbi Zion Jacar in memory of his mother Rina Chala.

Please note: There will be no Babysitting Program in Shul this Shabbos morning.

Shacharis this Wednesday is at 8am.

Mincha this coming week will be at 4:55pm.  Several of our regulars are not able to join us for Mincha-Maariv until the end of the winter. Please, help us guarantee a minyan this week.

The Torah and Tolkien lectures concluded this past Monday. I think they were a huge success, well attended, and I enjoyed giving them immensely.  The next series, on Navi, will take place this spring. Stay tuned for more details. Also, if anyone has ideas for other "different" or even standard topics for one or more shiurim, please let me know.
