Stone Setting for Mrs. Lena Katz A'H

The stone setting for Mrs. Lena Katz A'H will take place at Mount Sinai Cemetery on Sunday, August 19th at 10:00 AM. 

Mrs. Lena Katz A'H (mother of Shira Katz) was the  Heights Jewish Center office Administrator from 1967-2010. Mrs. Katz was committed to the shul for over half a century.

PARSHAS EIKEV - SHABBOS MEVORCHIM

·         Mazel Tov to Shami and Chani Kirsch on the birth of a boy! Mazel Tov to grandparents Rabbi Yosef and Gila Kirsch. With thanks to Hashem, they are delighted to invite members of the shul to a Sholom Zachor and Bris upon the birth of their son. The Shalom Zachor will take place at the Jacoby residence located at 23165 Wendover Drive, Beachwood at 9:15 pm. Davening on Monday morning will take place at 6:45 am followed by the Bris at 8:00 am at Heights Jewish Center.

·         Rebbetzin Deena Davidovich will be speaking for the Zichron Chaim Women's Lecture Series this Shabbos at 5:15pm at Yavne. Her topic is "Eishes Chayil - Klal Yisrael and Shabbos; the Perfect Match".
