Here are the regular reminders:
  • The Chumash Shiur on Shabbos morning at 8:30am is exploring every week's parsha's connection to Tefilla, and how to enhance our davening.
  • Parents of young children: Remember that we look forward to seeing your children in Shul on Shabbos morning and have two programs for them, according to age.
  • On Shabbos Afternoon 30 minutes before Mincha, I give a shiur in Tanya.
  • Deena gives a class for women on Tefilla every Monday morning at 9:30am at our home. Each class is a stand-alone class, so all women are welcome even if they haven't been regulars.

First Day Rosh Chodesh Adar Rishon (Friday, Feb. 8) 6:30 AM

We wish a refuah sheleimah to Nechemia Meir ben Rivka Miriam (son of Moshe and Rivka Kirsch, grandson of Rabbi Yossi and Gila Kirsch).

While the Rav is out of town, we will be honored to welcome Rabbi Baruch Reichman to give the drasha Shabbos morning, and Rabbi Jason Claude, who will share Torah thoughts at Seuda Shelishit.

Tomorrow is the first Shabbos in February - that means it's time for the Annual Ice Cream for Breakfast Kiddush, sponsored by the International Ice Cream for Breakfast Committee, Cleveland Chapter, Fred Bolotin, Chapter Head.  We will have dairy and parve ice cream and toppings!  (I think also herring; combine at your own risk.)  Even though Fred is out of town, he has left with us the ancient and holy IC4B Kiddush Hagadah!

This Shabbos is Shabbos Mevorchim for Adar Rishon - Rosh Chodesh is this coming Friday and next Shabbos.

Thank you to all who made our Minyanim possible all week, with many of our regulars absent!  We always look forward to seeing everyone at davening!

Good Shabbos, Everyone!
