Services will be held at BERKOWITZ-KUMIN-BOOKATZ MEMORIAL CHAPEL 1985 S. TAYLOR RD., CLEVELAND HTS., Wednesday, February 3 at 11:00AM. 

Interment Mt. Sinai Cemetery. 

Family will receive friends at the South Building of Sherry Park Apartments, 

2201 Acacia Park Drive, Lyndhurst (the community room) 

IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING INTERMENT WEDNESDAY UNTIL 8PM 

and THURSDAY 4-8PM 

and beginning Sunday at the home of Neil & Rivka Adelman, 2474 Brian Dr., Beachwood 

SUNDAY-MONDAY 4-8PM. 

Contributions are suggested to Heights Jewish Center.
