Zman Krias Shema ends at 9:39am this Shabbos and Shavuos. One should say the entire Shema (all 3 paragraphs) beforehand to avoid the risk of missing the time during Shacharis.
Set some sort of reminder to say Sefira at home after dark on Friday night.
There will be learning and Shiurim at Shul all Shavuos night. The schedule will be in the next email.
