Shavuos night will also serve as a preview to a new weekly Beis Medrash Program at Heights, featuring a Mesillas Yesharim Chabura we will be offering every Wednesday after Ma'ariv, beginning on May 31st. Stay tuned.
This Shabbos is Shabbos Mevorchim Sivan. Rosh Chodesh Sivan is this Sunday.

This week at Shalosh Seudos I will be speaking about Rav Moshe Chaim Luzzatto - the Ramchal, whose Yohrtzeit was the 26th of Iyar. The talk at Shalosh Seudos will be a prelude to Shavuos Night at Midnight, when we will spend the night exploring his classic sefer Mesillas Yesharim.

The full Shavuos Schedule will be released early next week. As mentioned earlier, Shavuos night will be devoted to an in-depth look into the Ramchal and Mesillas Yesharim. But we welcome those who wish to learn alone or with a chavrusa or chabura, and then join the shul for the 5:25am Shacharis. We want to assume that we will have a Vasikin (early) minyan on Friday morning at 5:25am. Please consider joining us for learning and/or the early minyan even if you usually go elsewhere.

Heights Jewish Center is pleased to announce it is participating once again in the "One Happy Camper" program, which allocates grant money for our children to go to an overnight summer camp.
