The first Chanukah Candle is lit this Wednesday night.

Heights Jewish Center will have a Chanukah Luncheon, next Shabbos, December 4 after davening.  Please call or email the office to make reservations. There is a charge. 

We will have another Ask-The-Rabbi Hot Topics Breakfast on Chanukah Sunday December 5 at 9:15AM.  No questions are off limits.  The Breakfast is free of charge and open to the entire community. Anyone wishing to sponsor the Breakfast should contact the office or a Shul Officer.

Abramov Bris

Daylight Savings Time ends this Saturday Night. Change your clocks by one hour in the appropriate direction before you go to sleep.  

That means Mincha from this Sunday until mid-March will be early. This week Mincha is at 4:55pm.  A number of our regulars will still be at work then.  Even if you haven't been a Mincha-Maariv regular, please consider joining us to ensure our Minyan remains strong.

The after-Shacharis Chumash-Rashi shiur and after-Maariv Mishnayos shiur continue this week.
