Chofetz Chaim Heritage Foundation Tisha B'Av video is online

After consultation with numerous Tisha B'av coordinators and studying information from health officials it became obvious that we would not be able to host large events.Therefore, the Chofetz Chaim Heritage Foundation made the decision to put the program online.
