Heights Jewish Center's Fifth Annual Book Fair will take place on Sunday May 11.  If you have any Jewish or appropriate secular books that are no longer needed by you, please consider donating them to the shul.

This week at Shalosh Seudos, and at Shalosh Seudos until Rosh Hashana, we will resume our in-depth study of Pirkei Avos. This year we will examine Chapter Two.

Beginning this week, the Mishna Shiur will be held before Mincha instead of after Maariv.  This week it will be held at 7:45pm. In the weeks following, it will be held thirty minutes before Mincha.

Rosh Chodesh Iyar is this Wednesday and Thursday.

I'll take this opportunity to thank all of you for making Pesach so beautiful this year. Whether you helped by giving shiurim, or with Krias HaTorah, or davening, or by coordinating some or all of it, or just participating, the whole Shul thanks you.   Although I was rather tired on Wednesday morning, there was no weariness.  I feel invigorated and excited about the months ahead, and look forward to the growth that the Sefira period affords us.  And to all those who spent YomTov elsewhere, welcome back. We missed you.

Good Shabbos
Rabbi Davidovich
