Heights Jewish Center will be having a Parve Break the Fast meal - after Megillah reading Wednesday night March 23rd. There will be fun games and other activities planned. See Flyer for details. Call office for reservations.

Wednesday is Taanis Esther, a fast day, with an altered schedule.
Please note that Shacharis on Thursday, Purim, will be at 8:00 AM, with Megilla no earlier than 8:30AM. There will be no early Shacharis at the shul. A second reading, with no Shacharis, will take place at 10 AM. The shul will not have a second reading on Wednesday night.
My Thursday night shiur at the Kollel will not meet this week.

HJC invites the women of the community to a cooking event Sunday March 13 at 2 pm. We will prepare freezable meals together so that dinner will be at your fingertips to combat the pre-Yom tov craziness. You will leave with 4 family sized meals. See flyer in shul for more details. I teach a shiur in Rambam Hilchos Melachim and Parsha at the Cedar-Green Community Kollel on Thursdays at 8pm. All men are welcome to join.
