Help Needed

There was a fire on a shuttle boat in Port Richey, Florida. Barbara Adler Kleids niece was the only fatality on the boat. She was 42 Years old and widowed. She left behind two 12 year old orphans, they are twins. Her husband did not have a life insurance policy.
