HJC Tanya Tuesday. Special Review Shiurim
Here are links to two review shiurim I gave recently on the first two parts of Tanya.
The second class, a review of Chapters 18-25: https://youtu.be/RRt0Fc8MAQU
I hope these are helpful in summarizing the ideas discussed in the One Chapter per class recordings that have been posted this year.
Thank you

HJC News - Parshas Chayei Sara - Shabbos Mevorchim
Mazel Tov to Barbara Gulko on the upcoming marriage of her grandson Charlie Stavsky (Cleveland) to Rivkah Holman (Chicago).
Shalosh Seudos this Shabbos is sponsored by Dr. Larry and Phylis Pomerantz in commemoration of the Yahrzeit of Larry's father Dovid Ben Eliezer Zusha - David Pomerantz A'H. At Shalosh Seudos I will speak about Rabbi Moshe Twerski ZT"L HY"D. a rebbe in Yeshivas Toras Moshe, and one of the victims of the Har Nof massacre 8 years ago.
This year, the Parsha Shiur which meets on Shabbos morning at 8:30am, is focusing on the sefer Torah Ohr on the parsha. This coincides with the Heights Coffee Club. A variety of Coffees for those who want or need caffeine before davening are offered. And mezonos refreshments for those who need calories in their systems before davening will be there as well.
We are exploring the interest in having a coffee club on Sunday morning AFTER Shacharis. Please contact me or Lazer Porter if this interests you.
In an effort to help and welcome families, we have child care available on Shabbos morning; younger children have a program run by Chaya Leba Winters. And Rabbi Kirsch runs a stellar youth program starting at 10:15am.
Mincha this coming Sunday will be at 4:50pm. We take pride in being a full-service shul, all week long. If you are not at work or otherwise obligated at this early hour, please join us for our weekday Mincha-Maariv.
This Shabbos is Shabbos Mevorchim. Rosh Chodesh Kislev is this coming Thursday and Friday. Shacharis on Thursday and Friday will be at 8:00 AM.
Save the date: Next Friday night we will have the first of many Oneg Shabbos gatherings. The Mullers will host the Oneg at their home at 8:15pm. More info to follow.
A pre-Shabbos thought:
Good Shabbos
