HJC News - Parshas Terumah

The Shul will have a Break-Fast meal on Monday March 9 at 8:45pm, after the Megilla reading.  There will be music, activities for the kids and lots of fun. Everyone is welcome to RSVP, by calling the office at 382-1958 or emailing office@hjcs.org.  The cost is a very reasonable $5 per person.  Anyone interested in sponsoring the event or helping prepare should please contact Deena at deenarm@gmail.com. 

The March Newsletter has been sent out.  You should all have it today or tomorrow latest.  Please look through it carefully.  It lists all the goings-on at the Shul throughout the whole month.   If there is an interest, we can send it out as a .pdf attachment via email.  

The community is invited to join in an event to commemorate the shloshim of Rabbi Noach Weinberg, zt"l, Rosh Yeshiva of Aish HaTorah. It will be a night of tribute and inspiration. There will be a short video presentation.  Thursday, March 5, 2009, Time: 7:45 PM, at the Shul.

On Sunday March 8 at 10:45am, Bonei Olam will be having its annual Brunch at Green Road Synagogue.  I will be delivering the opneing remarks.  Everyone is encouraged to attend and support this literally vital organization. http://www.boneiolam.org/detail.php?event=850
