Dear Fellow Congregants,

 

 

Rivah Schlesinger and I are starting a boys summer camp this year from July 18^th through Aug 26^th. This camp is for grades 1-6 /6-13 year old boys. Part of the proceeds from the camp will go directly towards Heights Jewish Center. Along with the financial benefit to the Shul, we believe that it will be great exposure for our Shul and show our community what we have to offer.

 

I am asking everyone to please spread the word to anyone that you know who might be interested in a camp for his or her son this summer.

 

We are also in need of any and all sports equipment, board games, or any other camp related items that you feel would benefit our camp. Some items of particular need include:

 

Tennis rackets,               tennis balls,              baseballs,           baseball gloves,    bats basketballs                     soccer balls,              board games       Water Coolers/Coolers                                                 a hoop with backboard  old TV's/VCR's/DVD players/movies

Cones                           

 

(Any additional items that you think would enhance our camp experience)

 

 

Obviously any donations that you give would help keep the costs down.

 

Also, if you interested in running an activity during camp such as woodworking, arts and craft, or any skill that you think boys would be interested please contact Rivah Schlesinger or Josh Mendelson.
