COVID-19

In order to help control the spread of COVID-19 and to provide the most information to our members as possible, we are asking that if you are positive for COVID-19 - whether you are symptomatic or not - please notify Phil Setnik via text/WhatsApp/phone @ 216-215-5060, or email phil.hjcs.org.  Please tell Phil when you tested positive, when you developed symptoms (if any), and when you were last at Shul.  The congregation will be notified - but your name will not be used without your permission.
