From the city of Beachwood: Limited Number of Access Codes for Wolstein Center Vaccination Clinic. Mayor Horwitz's office has obtained a limited number of Access Codes for the mass vaccination site at the Wolstein Center. If you are a Beachwood resident age 40 or over (or are younger than 40 but have a qualifying medical condition) and have been unsuccessful in scheduling a vaccine appointment, please email Lynn Johnson or call during business hours for your code. We will distribute the codes until they are all gone. This access code is only valid for the Wolstein Center vaccination site. When visiting https://gettheshot.coronavirus.ohio.gov/, you will enter your access code after the qualification answers. Each access code can be used to schedule one person for an appointment. Lynn's contact info is: 216-292-1905 Lynn.johnson@beachwoodohio.com (If you email, please include your street address) Thanks very much for promoting the health of our City. |
